Tui Sutherland to Headline New Hampshire Book Festival in Concord!

The New Hampshire Book Festival is thrilled to announce its 2025 Children’s Keynote Author: Tui Sutherland! The beloved author of the New York Times and USA Today bestselling Wings of Fire series, the Menagerie trilogy, and the Pet Trouble series—along with contributions to Spirit Animals and Seekers—will join the festival for an unforgettable event.
Sutherland’s keynote will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord. Tickets go on sale Monday, April 21. Each ticket includes an exclusive special edition of her bestselling Wings of Fire: The Dragonet Prophecy. Tui will also be appearing on Saturday, October 4, along with other renowned children’s authors, on the NHBF KidLit stage. Tickets are not required for the Saturday program.
To ensure accessibility for young readers, T1 Schools attending the Friday school program can apply for a New Hampshire Book Festival transportation grant.
Sutherland’s Wings of Fire series, first published in 2012, has grown into a massive franchise with over 15 main books, multiple graphic novel adaptations, and a devoted fanbase. The series follows different dragon tribes across a richly developed world, focusing on themes of destiny, power, and friendship.
